* Permitted only the first 150 Candidates per day
* Report Venue between 8am and 12noon with Register Number from the conformation mail.

1. Updated Resume with Passport size Photograph
2. SSLC or equivalent qualification certificate (original)
3. +2 or equivalent qualification certificate (original)
4. GNM/BSc Nursing Certificate (original) with mark sheets
5. Authorised Nurses & Midwifery Council Registration Certificate
6. Original Passport and copies of all certificates
