Job Title : Sr.Staff Nurse / Ward Manager/s Number of Positions : 100 Salary : 2 lakhs - 10 lakhs / year depends on the Work Experience Details Education / Professional Qualifications - Registered Nurse having a B.Sc/M.sc Nursing Degree Desired Profile - Age - not more than 35 yrs. - Having 7-10 years of clinical experience within relevant care setting post registration, and certifications BLS / ACLS / NALS / PALS etc. depending on work area like ICU / Critical Care / Emergency / OT - Some team management experience is a must. - Working Knowledge of HIS system is desirable Intended Location for posting Mumbai Planned CTC - Will not be a constraint for the right candidate and will be comparable to the best industry - Single Shared Accommodation will be provided by the hospital - Transport from accommodation to Hospital and Back - Boarding facilities - Health Insurance Preferred Sources Leading / Large Corporate Hospitals in India or abroad Notes and Comments: Reports to Nurse Manager/s Job Role / KRA"s / Deliverables 1. Promote and monitor safe and effective practice by: - Adhering to professional ethical and legal norms - Acting as a change agent, developing clinically effective practice through the effective utilization and integration of evidence - Maintaining a safe and clean environment in compliance with policies and protocols related to safety, infection control, risk management and critical incident reporting. - Establishing systems to ensure effective communication and continuity of patient care, liaising with multi-disciplinary/multi-agency teams. 2. Enhance the patient/client experience by - Developing and maintaining a culture of person centered care within the ward/department - Ensuring the safety and quality of the patient"s journey by effective planning and coordination of the episode of care, including the smooth transition to other settings. 3. Provide effective leadership and management by -Being a role model and acting as a visible leader who enables decision making -Developing team performance, facilitating annual personal development plans and participating in annual staff appraisal/development review and promoting equality of opportunity for all. - Managing the Ward/Department environment by appropriate delegation to nurses and health care support workers and monitoring of outcomes for effective care /service delivery - Contributing to budget management, monitoring budgetary performance, delivery of safe and effective services within allocated resources ensuring the resources are used to maximum effect. 4.
